Hello! I am Sarah Dixon, an associate at Berkshire Rental Properties. I’ve been working at BRP since 2016, gaining experience working with people, preparing homes, and honing my real estate skills. I have been a licensed real estate agent since October 2017, and I also work with Lance Vermeulen Real Estate.
After a successful fashion career as a Technical Designer for companies like T.J. Maxx, Reebok, and Talbots, I moved back to my hometown, Great Barrington, in 2015. There’s no place like the Berkshires—its scenery, relaxed vibe, and unique culture make it a wonderful place to raise a family.

Claudia founded Berkshire Rental Properties in 2005, specializing in short- and long-term home rentals throughout the Southern Berkshires. She acts as a liaison between renters and homeowners and helps owners prepare their homes for successful rentals.
Claudia first fell in love with the Berkshires while studying dance at Jacob’s Pillow. After careers as a Ford model and commercial actress, she moved to Great Barrington in 2003 with her two children. What began with renting out her own home has grown into a portfolio of 30-plus listings and expanded real estate services. Since 2008, Claudia has been a fully licensed broker in Massachusetts, represented by Lance Vermeulen Real Estate Inc.

We had a family ski trip and stayed at the Conway House. We felt right at home. The site pictures matched the house, plus some. It was super clean with all the amenities you’d need. We had 7 guests who all felt comfortable. Outdoor grill and fire pit for s’mores. We plan to stay again for sure. Absolutely no complaints.
